Excellence from father to son
Founded in 1978 in Sfax by the late Abderrahmen Masmoudi, Établissements MASMOUDI paved the way. In 2002, his son, Wissem Masmoudi, took the torch and created Masmoudi Distribution SARL, propelling the company to become the undisputed leader in food packaging and party supplies in Tunisia.
The strength of MDS Group today lies in its solid family governance: Wissem Masmoudi (President), supported by his brothers Slim Masmoudi (Associate Director) and Amir Masmoudi (General Manager).

Historical milestones of MDS Group
1978
The Foundations
Creation of Établissements MASMOUDI in Sfax by the founder, initiating the history of the group.
2002
Distribution
Launch of Masmoudi Distribution, specializing in single-use food packaging products.
2009
Diversification
Launch of the "La Fête" brand. This union of sectors officially establishes MDS Group.
2013
Industry (UPC)
Creation of UPC (Universal Packaging Company), manufacturer of private labels and store brands.
2014
Expansion
Opening of a vast distribution platform in Ariana to support strong national demand.
